I am an LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) in the State of Idaho. In 2005 I earned my masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University and have been counseling since. My work is mainly with couples and individuals ages 8 and above. I offer counseling through a person-centered, strengths and faith-based approach. I also offer trauma treatment through EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). As a counselor, I believe that through building and developing healthy relationships, healing and change can occur. I often use humor to help individuals find the positives in the midst of life’s challenges. Some of the specialties I enjoy working with are: men’s issues, women’s issues, public service professionals, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship building, premarital, marital, personal growth, families in ministry, and international issues.

I also do supervision for licensure in Idaho.

I accept most EAP’s and major insurances, except Medicaid and Medicare. Daytime appointments are available.
