A graduate of Boise State University, I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Idaho. I also earned a Business and Marketing degree from Northwest Nazarene University. I have been in private practice for over ten years working with women, couples, adolescents, and families. My focus is on relationships including marriages, family dynamics, and parenting; this also includes anxiety and depressive disorders or life events that may impact one’s emotional well being. My experience has extended to working within the school system and in corporate settings.

My theoretical approach is an integration of Brief Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotional Focused Therapy. When working with clients I encourage growth through considering how individuals, couples or families, mentally, emotionally and behaviorally react. With this approach, I believe a balance and sense of well being can be achieved. Each client is unique and it is my passion to assist each person in obtaining his or her desired goal.
