Making the decision to come to therapy can be difficult, however so many of us struggle with balancing all areas of our lives.  Life can be challenging, and we all need help at times to untangle the issues that hold us back, to determine which direction to go.  Sometimes we become so stuck we can no longer see where we are going or even where we are.  I believe that everyone is the expert in their own lives.  I strongly believe that no one can tell you how to live your life, and my role in your journey is to help clear away all the "stuff" that gets in the way and find balance in all directions. Each session belongs to you and my goal is to make it a comfortable place for you to tell your story, without worry of judgement, criticism, or advice.

“People don’t always need advice. Sometimes all they really need is a hand to hold, an ear to listen, and a heart to understand them.” — Unknown
